Goodwill-San Angelo

• Goodwill provides jobs and training to people with employment disadvantages, such as: illiteracy, physical and mental disabilities,and developmental disabilities. They also serve people who receive public assistance, have been abused, have difficulties with substance abuse, have criminal backgrounds and are over the age of 55.
• The Work Adjustment Training program is a vocational rehabilitation (VR) service that can be provided during a client's rehabilitation program to assist them in developing work skills, work habits, and job retention skills required to obtain and maintain employment.
• Goodwill–West Texas also provides services such as job coaching (working on the job with the employee to help them learn their job responsibilities), job placement (working with the consumer and the employer to find the right job), and supported employment (providing  training and assistance to the consumer who has a hard time maintaining a job).
• Goodwill retail stores are located in: Abilene, Big Spring, Brady, Brownwood, Clyde, Eastland, Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, Sweetwater.
