The Gulf Coast Community Services Association, Inc. (GCCSA, Inc.) is a non-profit organization that serves the most vulnerable populations of Harris County. They strengthen the educational, social and economic well-being of Houstonians as they transition from varying stages of poverty to financial confidence.
GCCSA provides programs and services that benefit the Houston-Metropolitan area, giving opportunities to grow financially, economically and socially. Services to the community include:
Head Start & Early Head Start (Free, High Quality Early Childhood Education)
Electricity Assistance, if experiencing financial hardship(s)
Food Pantry
Adult Literacy and Education
Vocational Training and Education Scholarships
Case Management and Employment Support Services
