Hope After Brain Injury TBI Support Group

Hope After Brain Injury (HABI) offers online and personal support for brain injury survivors and their families. 

Services include:

• awareness activities
• a weekly blog that highlights aspects of living with brain injury
• Traumatic Brain Injury Support Group in Fort Worth held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1p-2:30p in the Connections Building of Central Bible Church located at 8200 Anderson Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76120.
• a separate support group for survivors and caregivers is offered
