Houston Ballet Education Outreach - Adapted Dance

Ongoing programs:

• Adapted Dance Classes/DSAH (Down Syndrome Association of Houston) These free classes for children with Down Syndrome emphasize strength, flexibility and balance while encouraging creative expression and teamwork. Classes are co-sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of Houston
• Dance for Parkinson's In partnership with the Houston Area Parkinson's Society, these fun and energizing classes allow students to tap into their creativity and apply some of the ground-breaking approaches that are proving to benefit those with Parkinson's.
