Houston Furniture Bank has been serving families affected by poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, mental and physical health concerns, and disasters. 

Houston Furniture Bank provides Furniture Assistance through our Furniture Distribution Partners who contribute yearly dues and purchase vouchers for use in the Furniture Distribution Center. Furniture Distribution Partners help connect Houston Furniture Bank to the families we serve.

Houston Furniture Bank is accepting new Furniture Distribution Partners on a case-by-case basis.

Mattresses recycling- mattress that are in great condition are given away to families in need.

Houston Furniture Bank Art Gallery, those who receive furniture assistance have the opportunity to select artwork at no cost. With eight appointments each day, we have a perennial need for donated artwork!

In partnership with Houston Furniture Bank, the DIVAS serve families and individuals who are affected by poverty, physical and mental health concerns, domestic violence, and natural disasters. Many of these families have lost all of their personal belongings and have nothing but a roof over their heads. The families are working with social service agencies to improve their life circumstances. For the families we serve, a DIVAS home makeover is a life-changing step in a transition toward stability.

Houston Furniture Bank’s (HFB) disaster recovery & charitable efforts include serving as a furniture assistance resource for Houston-area partner charitable organizations. Houston Furniture Bank (HFB) has established relationships with furniture manufacturers to buy quality furniture at discounted prices and is passing these discounts to organizations providing recovery assistance.
