• Serve as a dynamic bridge, connecting students and families to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Our mission is to ensure that every child has the foundation for success in school and life beyond the classroom, emphasizing the power of community in shaping resilient, empowered individuals.

• Identify and assess the needs of students and families to connect them with appropriate resources, services, and programs.
• Partner with Sunrise Centers to refer all unmet needs of students and families.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of interventions and services provided to students and families to reduce chronic absenteeism and prevent dropouts. 
• Basic Needs Support: Assistance with food, clothing, supplies, and hygiene products to ensure students can focus on their education without worrying about fundamental needs.
• Attendance and Dropout Prevention: Interventions aimed at increasing school attendance, reducing chronic absenteeism, and preventing dropouts through targeted support and engagement.
• Specialized Programs: Tailored programs addressing the unique needs of special student populations, such as military
• Service Providers and Partnerships: Increase network of partners to bring additional resources and services to students and their families.
