Our Services
Full Time
(Ages 16-35): Our full-time day program, based on the fundamental principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, provides skills training on nearly all aspects of adult life. Training is provided in a group setting, using individualized treatment goals which are prioritized to prepare each participant to be as independent as possible. This program has two tracks based on the level of independence:
– Transition to Independence with an approximate ratio of 1 staff to 3 clients
– Supervised Independence with an approximate ratio of 1 staff to 6 clients
Part Time
(Ages 14-35): In addition to full time, we offer weekly teen and adult classes, which address the skills it takes to live as independently as possible. New friendships are often developed during this class with their fellow peers. Topics include social skills, transportation, budgeting, cooking, independent living skills, and finding and maintaining a job.
Inspire Outreach-Community trainings for parents, businesses, daycares, schools, churches, medical facilities and more on various topics including introduction to autism/neurodiversity and best behavioral practices, building community supports, first responder training. Neurodiverse friendly events for all ages including social events, pictures with Santa, and more. Neurodiversity in the Workplace trainings for businesses who want to employ neurodiverse individuals.
The purpose of the Inspire Store is to provide a job training opportunity for neurodiverse individuals in a setting that has built-in systems for success. Individuals who are a part of the Inspire Store are developing skills to prepare them for volunteer and paid employment in the community. Clients enrolled in our Skills program, as well as from the community, are able to participate in our Inspire Store classes. For those that may need continued substantial supports, the Inspire Store may be a consideration as their place of long term employment. We seek to provide an opportunity for community volunteers to assist with the store while providing meaningful interaction with neurodiverse individuals. As our mission states, to create a truly inclusive community requires engagement. What better way to do that than work along side people with different life perspectives while also providing support for a local non-profi
