Trained family mentor volunteers are available to answer questions about Type 1 Diabetes and to help families get through difficult times. The Outreach Program offers a "Bag of Hope" for newly-diagnosed children and there are T1D School Advisory and Teen Toolkits. JDFR is dedicated to providing the education, resources, and assistance needed to succeed and live a long and fulfilled life.
