Klaras Children's Center ECI (KCC ECI) is an Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Program that serves McLennan, Hill, Bosque, Falls, Limestone and Freestone County families of children that are birth to third birthday and that have problems with development and/or behavior. We pride ourselves on being the only comprehensive early intervention program in this six-county area that provides everything from specialized therapies to case management based on the individual needs of the child and family and not on some predetermined service delivery or reimbursement methodology model.
