They also educate parents on proper nutritional practices, breastfeeding, and basic parenting skills through our “Food for Hungry Babies” program. Good nutrition during a baby's first year gives baby a strong start for a strong future.
Enrollment process:
Step 1: Send us your documents via text 713-428-2065
First we need to collect some information about you and the baby BEFORE we can set up your appointment.
When you text us, please include the following:
Photo ID for baby's parent or caregiver
A document with your baby's full name and date of birth
Valid email address
Step 2: Wait for us to contact you to set your appointment.
During your phone call, we will enroll you in our program and schedule your appointment. This takes about 10-15 minutes.
*If it has been more than 2 days that you have submitted your documents and no one has reached out, please call us.
Step 3: Visit our office at your appointment time
Please show up on-time for your scheduled appointment. Make sure you have any additional paperwork that you may have been asked to bring with you. Please DO NOT visit our office without an appointment, we DO NOT accept walk-ins.
