Memorial Hermann Behavioral Health Services SAMHSA Trauma Grant

If you or a loved one have been impacted by trauma, are currently 18 years old or younger and are living in the Greater Houston area, this program may be for you. On a waitlist for counseling? You might be eligible as well.

Services: • Up to 16 sessions of trauma-informed therapeutic treatment (counseling) for children and adolescents suffering from current or past traumatic experiences.

Services can be offered virtually or in person. Information:

• Eligibility: - Individuals with Medicaid coverage or who are uninsured or underinsured - 18 years of age or younger - Living in the Greater Houston area

• Services are given at no cost to the patient. Patients referred to counseling services will be seen at one of the Memorial Hermann Crisis Clinic locations and/or virtually.
