Free To Be is an Individualized Skills & Socialization Program located on the southside of San Antonio. They provide a stimulating environment for adults with IDD (intellectual and other developmental disabilities) mild to severe medical needs. They do this by providing both person-centered on-site and off-site activities. Through the years, this program has been referred to as adult day care, adult day hab (habilitation), and DAHS (Day Activity Health Services). The health and well-being of the people in their care and their families are their top priority.
