NAD advocates for the civil rights of deaf and hard-of-hearing Americans. NAD's advocacy encompasses many issues including accessibility, education, employment, health care, mental health, rehabilitation, technology, telecommunication and transportation. Their website offers information related to legal rights, advocacy information and other concerns of persons who are deaf or hard of hearing.
