Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
NCCAA provides a variety of programs for individuals and families who meet the low income and other eligibility requirements. These programs include utility expense assistance, emergency food, rental assistance, weatherization of homes, information and referral, and free notary services. Client eligibility is based on income. Service Centers are located throughout Nueces County. Service Center staff assist clients in determining eligibility for all of the available programs. Highest priority is given to households with a person with a disability, a person who is elderly and those with children under the age of six.
