Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
One World Martial Arts offer classes for all abilities, ages three and up. Free introductory class are available for new students. The adapted programs are designed to the student's specific needs and challenges. The classes focus on building physical fitness, gross and fine motor control, and neural pathway development while working through martial arts concepts, drills, and forms. They also offer their adapted programs online as video courses.
