Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
TEAM Project helps families of children with disabilities by assisting families in understanding their child's disability, understanding educational rights and responsibilities under IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), obtain and evaluate resources and services for their child, and fully participate when planning services for their child. TEAM can assist parents over the phone or one-on-one. Team provides trainings and webinars on disability issues and assists families as they learn to advocate for their children.
