Partners Resource Network (PRN) is a non-profit agency that operates the Texas statewide network of Parent Training and Information Centers [PTI’s are funded by the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)]. The PTI Projects are: PATH, PEN, and TEAM.

How do you get started?
Call the state office at 1.800.866.4726 or email PRN at [email protected]. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Is there a cost?
No. All PRN services are provided at no cost to parents of infants, toddlers, children and youth with all types of disabilities.
What can you expect when you call?
You will be asked some basic information to direct your call to the appropriate person. The majority of PRN staff are parents of children with disabilities themselves who understand what you are experiencing and are ready to help you help your child.
