Rehabilitation Services Volunteer Project (RSVP)

RSVP is made up of two distinct divisions, both of which have a strong passion for improving the lives of individuals in The Greater Houston area who are uninsured and underfunded.

The RSVP-Clinic provides outpatient services to individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputations. These services include medical care, nursing care, pharmacist management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neuropsychological evaluation, social work and spiritual care.

Outpatient services such as therapies are provided by appointment only on the first and third Saturdays of each month at the RSVP-Clinic which is located at: Mentis Neurorehabilitation 9551 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77045. 

Age Eligibility- Although our clinic is primarily for adults, we can see children ages 13 or higher.

The medical equipment division (RSVP-MED) provides durable medical equipment (such as wheelchairs, bathroom equipment, and walkers) to individuals in our community with disabilities (regardless of diagnosis) who lack access to this equipment. 

We maintain a small inventory of custom rehab equipment or DME.  Please contact us for your specific needs.

If you are requesting a standing frame or power wheelchair, you will need to provide a prescription from your doctor stating the equipment is medically necessary and that you are safe to use these items.
