Relay Texas assists people with hearing or speech loss by using specialized telephones such as Teletypewriters (TTY) and other devices to place calls through telephone relay services (TRS) such as Relay Texas. This service allows the user to communicate with friends, family, busisness associates, and service providers so they may participate in daily community life.
