Rockport-Fulton Good Samaritans, Inc. provides the following services for those in need in Aransas County (only): a food pantry providing at least 3 days of meals for households determined by size of family. Clothing vouchers for local thrift shops. Limited utility assistance. Medication assistance is available by bringing the prescription, statement of price from local HEB pharmacy only. Medical- Limited assistance with co-pays or treatment cost. Bring all information including doctors name, appointment time, address, and phone number of doctor. Transportation: Vouchers for R.E.A.L. Transportation to job interviews or medical appointments. Call for current information because available assistance is subject to change.
