At Spectrum Fusion, we are changing lives and improving the possibilities for individuals on the autism spectrum.Together, we are generating novel and innovative opportunities, which will allow these individuals to use their skills, interests, and strengths so that they may reach their full potential.

• Spectrum Fusion’s (SF) mission is to be an innovator in creating change for neurodiverse populations by:

• Reducing inequalities of children and adults on the autism spectrum by forging career paths into the industries where they are underrepresented, specifically in the media industries.
• Creating a vibrant Spectrum Fusion community through programs fostering STEAM, education, and sense of belonging, and
• Training and hiring autistic adults in our studio to provide future opportunities for outside employment.
