StoneBridge Church Food Pantry

We offer non-perishable food for families and individuals in need.  Clients may be served ONCE every 30 days.

YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT:

1. Valid TX Driver's License or TX ID Card

2. Proof of zip code/address and current phone number (utility bills, official school district forms, etc.)

3. Proof of financial need (Official documents including: SCHOOL FREE LUNCH FORMS, WIC/SNAP, TX MEDICAID/CHIP, SOCIAL SECURITY, VETERAN'S BENEFITS or bank statements listing monthly/yearly income)

Please call  281-789-7080  to schedule an appointment. We make appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15 to 1:00 PM.
