At Sunshine Cottage, children with hearing loss become part of a community centered on enriching lives and improving listening, language and speech.San Antonio's Sunshine Cottage School For Deaf children is a private school serving students in grades PK-5. Sunshine Cottage uses state-of-the-art hearing technology. Students learn listening and spoken language so they can learn and communicate without the use of sign language. It also provides newborn diagnostic hearing evaluations a Parent-Infant Program (from birth to 3) and Speech/Language Therapy. The school is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm.
