Texas Diaper Bank programs include Healthy Babies, which provides diapers and health education classes along with other essential baby items once a month; Hunger Relief Program provides food assistance through traditional food pantries and mobile food pantries. Incontinence Gap Program provides incontinence products to youth and adults during interim application periods for services.
