In addition, TRLA operates the Regional Public Defender Program, which provides court-appointed representation to indigent populations in the counties of Atascosa, Bee, Duval, Frio, Goliad, Jim Hogg, Karnes, Lavaca, Live Oak, McMullen, Refugio, Starr, Willacy, and Wilson.
