The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation

The Ethan Wolfe Recreational Assistance Program provides individuals with CHARGE syndrome need-based financial assistance so they may participate in recreational activities. Examples of recreational items which would qualify (they are open to other suggestions):

• Adaptive recreational equipment not covered by insurance (examples: bike, swing)
• Adaptive sporting activities/teams (examples: baseball, soccer, gymnastics, swimming)
• Specialized camp (examples: summer camp for blind, deaf, special recreation)
• Special recreation programs (examples: community outings, science class, music class)

The Medical Travel Assistance Program  is intended for families who would benefit from assistance to cover the cost for travel to receive medical care. This program may be used to cover transportation, meals, lodging, and parking for medical care that requires out of state/long distance travel. 

The Crocker Barker CHARGE Sibling Scholarship was created to help siblings of individuals with CHARGE syndrome fund their post high school education – including trade school, community college, or university.
