Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Services include financial assistance to families, fund research projects and extracurricular activities at hospitals, as well as delivering tricycles and Cooper Care Baskets. 15-20 baskets are delivered monthly to newly diagnosed families at the request of Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth.
