The Salvation Army Corpus Christi

The Salvation Army Corpus Christi provides a wide range of social services to assist families, individuals and children:

• Meals and pantry food, rent assistance, utility assistance,a back to work program, a family store and clothing, transportation, and seasonal assistance.
• Emergency housing, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing.
• Emergency Disaster Services: Food services, spiritual ministry, counseling, an idenification registry, shelter, donated goods, and  assistance with clean up and reconstruction.

Their youth services include an afterschool program, a character building program, music and art programs, Camp Hobitzelle (a summer camp south of Dallas), and a summer day camp.

They also have senior services that include educational classes, day care, hot-lunch programs and pre-retirement seminars.

They offer a variety of services to assist incarcerated men and women, those in transition from prison to the community and troubled youth.
