Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
They provide free childcare, extended social services, preventative health and prenatal education services to the parents of infants and toddlers. If needed, they assist parents in obtaining a medical home. For Children with disabilites they provide Screenings and Ongoing Assessments, Individual Education Plans, Individualized Activities, Coordination with School Districts, Parent Advocacy and Training.
