United Hands Adult Day Care, LLC provides adult day services and Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) in Beaumont, Texas. The program supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through personalized goals, daily living skills, engaging activities, and community participation.
United Hands also provides support through the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) programs. Families, caregivers, and referral professionals may contact the administrator to discuss services, eligibility, individual support needs, and current availability.
