Provides case management services to families of children ages 0-21 with a chronic illness and/or disability in the top 32 counties of the Texas Panhandle. Educational advocacy is provided to families whose children receive special education services. Support, information, and referrals, networking, and advocacy are available. An educational library is open to family members and the community. These services are provided free-of-charge by specially trained parents of children with chronic illness or disabilities.
