VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope

• This program helps people who are younger than 20 years old
• This program helps people with income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines.
• Must have no vision care coverage through a private insurer or government program.
• Must not have received care through a VSP program during the last 12 months.
• This program provides:
  
  - Eye Care
  - Prescription glasses
  
  Contact your child’s school nurse and administrators can request a VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificate through one of their education partners.
