Navigate Life Texas: Resources for kids with disabilities and special needs
Support services include connecting families with other social service agencies and medical programs/assistance that can offer additional support. Staff are able to relate to other parents and offer empathy and knowledge. The Services include assistance with school meetings, transition information and various options, informational workshops and medical/financial information regarding equipment needs.
The program employs a licensed social worker, who also serves as the Program Director.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday 8:00-5:00
