If you are receiving HHSC services and have questions about them, or if you are having problems with your services, call Texas 2-1-1 or talk with your case manager directly.
If this does not solve your problem, you can contact the HHSC Office of the Ombudsman. They are an independent group that makes sure people who get HHSC services are being treated fairly. They will review your complaint and connect you with services or agencies that can help you.
