Multi-Assistance Center (MAC)

This first of its kind program provides medical and non-medical services all under one roof. The facility is built with attention to Ultra-Accessibility and is sensory sensitive to eliminate physical barriers. Some features of the program are sensory friendly exam rooms, innovative approaches toward treatment, ambulatory surgery center that accommodates sedated dental procedures as well a optometric and opthmalmic exams and other procedures requiring anesthesia, imaging and diagnostics,  the latest telemedicine technologies, therapy services and specialized clinics. Criteria includes individuals of all ages with long-term impairment of cognitive, sensory, motor and.or communication function. To become a MAC Member, the client must actively participate in the MAC Navigation. A MAC Navigator serves as the single point of contact to facilitate services and communication for all involved.
