Texas School for the Deaf strives to create an environment for their students to not only learn, but to thrive. They are a full academic school offering services to children from preschool to high school graduation. Students can live on campus in dorm facilities, or attend school in the day program. The school offers a full athletics program, post-secondary prep courses, full academic courses, pre-school, and so much more. There is no tuition- TSD is considered a public school and operates under the Austin Independent School District standards. Admission is based upon an application proce
